Why I’m Loving OnPoint
I am the office manager for three very busy primary care physicians. I have been extremely pleased with the benefits of being an OnPoint Medical Solutions client. I have more management control without increasing my time commitment. In fact, I am able to be much more productive with less of a time commitment! The savings and benefits go far beyond making my life easier as the office manager. Often the day to day chores of making sure all staff and physician patient encounters are scheduled correctly and completed timely can be daunting. OnPoint Medical Solutions understands what it takes and has streamlined this process. I never have to wonder what is unfinished. The Missed Visits Report is priceless in terms of keeping on top of any visits that are incomplete, as we can now easily keep on top of anything outstanding and get it done. There are reports available for just about anything you may want information on. They also help tremendously with informing me of any billing issues such as a diagnosis code that requires a 5th digit or if the staff missed entering the referring physician. This has improved our cash flow as all visits are easily monitored.

I've talked to lots of doctors before I decided to go with OnPoint Medical Solutions. I didn't want to have to invest in a lot of expensive hardware, I didn't want paper and I wanted my office manager to be able to actually track what the collectors did on my accounts.
